NCR (Non-Conformity Reports)

SUPERINTENDENT NCRs record findings — internal audit, port state, class survey, ISM — that require corrective action.

Raising

1. Vessel → NCR tab → New NCR
2. Source (Internal / Port State / Class / Flag / SMS / Other)
3. Reference (audit ref, port state reference, etc.)
4. Description, root cause (if known), corrective action, target close date
5. Link affected components (each component card shows an NCR chip)

Status flow

open → in_progress → pending_verification → closed

The supervisor verifies before closing. Past-target-close-date NCRs turn red on the dashboard ring.
