What is RAPAX PMS?

RAPAX PMS is a single-Worker ship-management SaaS for a 6-vessel fleet, served at pmsplanner.com. It tracks components, job cards, spare parts, schedules, audits, running hours, MOCs, NCRs, drawings, source documents, and ship's particulars for the entire fleet from one Cloudflare Worker.

Three role tiers

Every user account belongs to exactly one of three tiers. Each tier sees a different sidebar in the app and a different section of this manual.

Find your role

Look at the badge next to your name in the app header. If you don't see a role badge, you are a superintendent by default.

How this manual stays in sync

The version badge at the top of every page (currently shown in the header) is regenerated every time the operator runs scripts/deploy.sh. The badge points at the Changelog page so you can confirm the manual you are reading matches the build that is live at pmsplanner.com.

If the badge says v2.31.0.35 and the app footer says v2.31.0.35 — you are reading the right manual.

Need help that is not here?

  • In-app messenger — open the bell icon in the app header. Threads are mirrored to email outside quiet hours (23:00–08:00 Sofia).
  • Status feed — the ai-status channel in the messenger carries automatic notifications for AI-driven jobs (KB orphan heal, RAG eval regressions, supersede events).
